In the grand tradition of tricks and treats, you must build a thriving park on the site of an old cemetery, but you must first buy
construction rights in order to build over the graves of the dead... and undead!
Beware those who would dare disturb the graves of these long-gone ghouls and ghosts! Exercise caution, or you may find yourself going down into your own
financial grave.
